Why did a customer's invoice payment fail with MasterCard?

Hi guys,

For some reason the payments for a customer in Canada are coming through, they’re using a MasterCard credit card. They have rang their card provider who has said there are no restrictions in place their end.

Anyone have any ideas? I can’t see any failed transactions in place

DId you ever get something sorted with this? We’re running into the same situation on this end. Shopify says they don’t have a clue, can’t recreate it, and the CC company is saying that the attempt isn’t even coming through to them.
