I really appreciate you sharing this screenshot and for letting me know the current status. A Google merchant center account can be suspended for a number of reasons, have you received any email from Google specifying the exact reasons? From what I can see from your screenshot, it looks like the account has been suspended due to ‘disapproved or invalid’ product data here.
Once you have run through these guides and made the changes, you can then request a re-review of your account with Google via this link here. Manual reviews take approx. 3-5 days and Google will email you directly with the results. All issues should be resolved before a manual review is requested.
