Why did Google suspend my account and how can I fix it?

I’m building a new web site and I just received an email from Google stating my account has been suspended. And I’m not sure how to fix the issue.

Most of the products on the web site have been imported from a DropShip company. Any suggestions or help would be appreciated.

I really appreciate you sharing this screenshot and for letting me know the current status. A Google merchant center account can be suspended for a number of reasons, have you received any email from Google specifying the exact reasons? From what I can see from your screenshot, it looks like the account has been suspended due to ‘disapproved or invalid’ product data here.

Any time an account is suspended, the best course of action is to manually make some changes and get Google to re-review your products once again. I would suggest following along with Google’s help center guide here: About disapproval for product data quality violations and, more specifically, this page here: Product data specification.

Once you have run through these guides and made the changes, you can then request a re-review of your account with Google via this link here. Manual reviews take approx. 3-5 days and Google will email you directly with the results. All issues should be resolved before a manual review is requested.

It’s also good to have a look at Google merchant center guidelines here in case we are missing anything and to see what is expected of merchants who have a Merchant Center account. You should also review Google’s docs on Understanding account-level enforcement for policy violations to help you troubleshoot further.
