I’m just setting up my store and tested the payment process. I bought a product then cancelled right. A week later i get a message of a charge back fee of $15. I went to my orders site and I don’t even have that order. Why did this happen?

We are sorry to hear you experienced this, it’s strange you received a chargeback when normally that process needs to be initiated via your credit card provider. To clarify, the order that was made was by you personally? I would recommend reaching out to our live support team as we do not have access to your account or orders over the community forums. You can do this by logging into your store through the Help Center, searching your question/issue, then selecting “continue” at the bottom of the page that displays the search results.
