Why did I receive a 'first payout' email after several payouts?

I received a “Your first payout is on its way!” email today (June 14th) even though this was not the first payout. I have 3 previous payouts, first one on the 11th, second on the 12th, and third on the 13th.

Is this something to be concerned about? considering the fact that done of these payouts have actually landed in the bank account?

It is a little odd that you’ve received this email, considering you have some previous payouts that you’re expecting to hit your bank account soon. This email could be a result of those payouts not being successfully deposited yet. We also had some issues today in some shops where they were receiving messaging congratulating them for the first 10 orders in their shop, so this email could be related to that incident.

Considering that you mentioned that you haven’t received any of these payouts yet, it may be a good idea for you to reach out to our Live Support Team, so they can confirm your Payouts are set up correctly, and can investigate the specific trigger of this email.
