I just found out my shopify account is inactive without any reason being told, any solutions to fix this?
Well it was happened to me yesterday.. after pay $1 for a month, and my account inactive suddenly.. no notifications email or alert in my inbox.. trying to use help center but no one solutions, we just chat with bot system. Too bad… now i read in forum that so many case “inactive account” without solution.
