Why did my account become unavailable after attempting an upgrade?

Tried to upgrade my account as my free trail is ending and when processing the payment the shop went unavailable. I would appreciate some assistance in restoring my account. Thanks

Your Shop may be unavailable for various reasons. Either your credit card didn’t push when choosing a plan, or you need to submit documentation to Shopify. Either way, the best option is to contact Shopify Support team so they can check on your account and rectify the issue.

That is what I was trying to do but can’t figure out how to contact
