Hi all,
For several months our store has had good (by our standards) bounce rate and average session duration data. Then, from June 21st to the 23rd both metrics changed entirely. See below.
Has anyone else experienced this around the same time, or at any point?
Any ideas what would cause this? The usual suspects, like theme update, website redesign, advertising, etc., are not at play.
