Why did my 'Buy one, get one free' discount result in double orders?

Hey,

I recently created a discount ‘Buy one x and get y for free’. All customers who used the discount recieved X and Y double for some reason. Will the POD (SPOD) I use charge me for this or is this a bug or something?
