Why did my collections and images not transfer to my new domain?

Hello Shopify Community,

Recently I chose a new domain and transferred the whole data to a new domain, but when I started editing from the scratch, I noticed that my collections and images did not transfer to the new domain,

Can you please help me to resolve this issue,

What can I do in this case? Am I able to transfer my collections from the old to the new domain?

Hello @Nurzada ,

I don’t think there is a need to transfer any data in Shopify when you change you domain.

You just need to add a new domain on domain page and once the status is connected you can set it as primary.

I wanted to ask you now in my new domain I cannot see collections, photos, and website which I customized in the old one, in new not showing up,

my question when you have a new domain, collections, and other data cannot be transferred.

I am unable to review your new domain -

https://very-special-love.myshopify.com/ as it is password protected.

As I can see on your old domain you were using prestige theme. Is it possible that some custom work is done on theme and the URL’s has been changed because usually you do not need to transfer any data when you change the domain.
