You can contact our live support by attempting to login to your online store, or selecting the option to Continue without logging in. Once that is completed, you will be directed to our Help Center. Select the topic that you would like assistance with to locate the options to Get Support and speak directly to a Support Advisor.

Whenever I try to login it takes me to an error screen:
Which says "We’ll be back soon

Please try again later.
Please contact support to resolve the issue."
I tried reaching out to live support but it’s not possible the only options are to contact Shopify through Community which I did or email.

If you have emailed our support, you will receive a response. If you would like to get in touch with our support immediately, I would suggest navigating to our Contact Us page and selecting the option to Continue without logging in. I took a couple of screenshots to assist you with the navigation as this should allow you to chat in with a Support Advisor:
Once you select that option, you will be directed to our Help Center. You can select the topic that you would like to get assistance with. For this reason, you will need to choose Account > Login.
You should see the options to Get Support and speak directly with a Support Advisor about the situation.
