Hey guys, I have a store and im dropshipping with dsers. I have all my products base price set to $15 USA and I have no idea what i did but now the price of all my products have gone up to $23. I’m not sure why this has happened, the shipping is free as well but it still went up. And the suppliers price didn’t even go up.
Hello @Harry42 ,
Here is a few potential causes for this issue:
- Currency Conversion: If your store’s base currency is different from the supplier’s currency, fluctuations in exchange rates can affect the product prices.
- Automatic Price Updates: Some dropshipping apps, including DSers, have an automatic price update feature. This feature might be enabled, and it could have caused the price increase without your knowledge.
- Price Rules or Overrides: Some dropshipping apps allow you to set up price rules or overrides to adjust the product prices automatically. Check if you have set any price rules that could have triggered the price increase.
- Supplier Changes: Verify with your supplier if there have been any changes in their pricing or shipping costs that could have affected the final product price.
You can try to resolve the problem with these suggestions:
- Double-check your product settings and app configurations to ensure there are no automatic price adjustments or overrides causing the price increase.
- Review the currency conversion settings and make sure they are accurate.
- Reach out to your supplier to confirm if there have been any price changes on their end.
- If you made any recent changes to your store, revert those changes and see if the prices return to normal.
Hope this can help.

thanks for the reply, ive found that its a problem with the currency being shown. I have my store currency set to USD. And thats how it displays when I go in to edit my website, but then when i preview it, it shows the prices in AUD. Do you know how to fix this?
