You are not even a bank and not even the banks can do this. You are not what you tell in your advertising campaigns. If I report, you will have to pay me the amount that you must now pay me multiplied by 4. Do you really want that?

This is very sad and frustrating. I really hoped that Shopify, being such a big company and with such a good reputation, would not be what you say you are at all. Terrible customer service, rather zero, and it gives the feeling that you don’t care about your customers at all. You don’t give any help.
