Why did my global clothing brand's online stores deactivate unexpectedly?

Today we globally launched a clothing brand that would operate worldwide, with 6 franchises in Switzerland, Chile, the United States, and Argentina. Shopify deactivated the 4 countries without any communication. We’ve been over 18 hours without a response and with the stores offline; it’s very frustrating. Support just says that the fraud prevention team is reviewing the case. Today was the planned global launch of the brand with Shopify. We migrated from another platform. We are a large business, and every day we lose hundreds of thousands in transactions, yet Shopify remains unresponsive.
