I have a large shopify store with over 8,000 products. Today my submenu navigation items disappeared while I was in the middle of adding an new submenu item to a main navigation category. All of the submenu items show as being there on the back end, but on the website there are no longer any drop downs. I thought it was some issue with the menu I was working in, and re-loaded all of the submenu items there. They now work. But EVERYTHING else does not show submenus on the website. Is this a shopify glitch? The support number no longer works and there appears to be NO WAY to contact them to talk to a person. They just refer you to help articles. There are no help articles for this glitch. Has this happened to anyone else? Is there a fix, or do I have to re-load all of my submenus?
