Why did my new online store suddenly become inactive?

Hi all,

My brand new store just move to Inactive for no reason.

I was almost done with it and now I can’t access anything.

I contacted tech support, but its been 3 days and still nothing.

What should I do? restart with another service provider ?

If someone as the solution let me know.
