Why did my new payment method disable my store account?

Hi everyone,

i am fairly new to shopify, and when i entered a new payment method for my store, it got disabled and my account is now inactiv.

Does anyone know what the solution to the problem can be?

I have tried to reach out for support, but haven’t got any answers yet.

Would be lovely is anyone knows how to deal with this.

Hello, how long have you waited for support?

I have not heard from them since it happened 4 days ago. I am really starting to think about changing platform, did you try the same problem? And will customer service bring it back?
