Why did my newly created store go inactive immediately after payment?

I just created my shopify store with a domain and as soon as i picked a plan and payed my store went inactive and still is inactive am still trying to figure out why this is happening any help ?

I have contacted Shopify support many times and the problem never gets resolved they keep telling me go to support and support does nothing besides tell me I will get a response from there email team .
