Hi, I have two shops associated to my account, one of them got inactive for no reason & the billing date is still far away, I said nvm i will make another one, I made another one and set up fine with domain, then went to payment page it didnt complete then second account became inactive too !
I am still testing & exploring shopify and not live yet
I didnt get any email to tell me what happened, i opened ticked with support but still unanswered, can anyone help?
