I have an urgent problem about my store being closed. I have a few days ago finnished setting up my store on your platform - everything went very smoothly and quickly. Today I decided to set up my facebook business account as you as a shopify advised to have mor sale channels. During it I got notified that my account has been closed for AUP violation. I understand that you must supervise compliance with your regulations, but I was ONLY setting up facebook integration and activating products on facebook. That’s why I hope we can solve this problem very quickly. I am losing a lot of clients and money due to this misinterpretation. I have also created ticket, but noone is responding…

How did you end up getting them to fix it? I am getting the same issue and I cannot get a response at all
