I would like to know why my Shopify store turned inactive randomly while I was sleeping and no email on to why they made it inactive because I did not make it inactive it’s really frustrating because I had sales on there and I don’t think it’s coming back I had over 200 USD in the account

In order for us to take a look into the store, we will need to authenticate you for the account in question. Since we are unable to authenticate you for the account over the Community forums due to the sensitive information that needs to be shared, I am unable to view the specifics. In this case, it would be best to reach out to our support by logging into your online store using the Contact Us page. This will allow us to securely verify you as the store owner.
Once you successfully login, or select the option to Continue without logging in - you will be directed to the Help Center. Select the topic that you would like assistance with to locate the options to Get Support and speak with a Support Advisor about the situation.

My account went inactive and no one is getting back to me no matter how many times I email support
No one gets back from Shopify. I have emailed for help because they made my account inactive and nothing. I have no back up and I was just about to launch. This is my whole savings!! Now it’s gone!!

Once you successfully login to your store using the Contact Us page, you will be directed to the Help Center. I took a couple of screenshots to assist you with the navigation:
Select the topic Account to see the available topics to get support.
After you select the topic, you will see the options to speak with a Support Advisor and Get Support:
