My store was closed on Thursday (4 days ago) just when a launched because I wanted to change the URL. I have not been provided a solution and I’ve spent almost 3 months and money on this.
Hi @MayitaPma
Thanks for reaching out here and welcome to the Shopify Community.
I understand that your store was closed just as you launched it, and that you haven’t been provided with a solution. That certainly doesn’t sound like an ideal situation, and I understand it can be frustrating to have devoted so much time and money to your store, only to run into problems soon after launching.
You mentioned that the store was closed because you wanted to change the URL - would it be possible to provide more context on what exactly happened? Are you currently able to access your Shopify admin or storefront, or has your Shopify store been made inactive by our team maybe?
If you are able to access your store admin, I would suggest checking for any warnings or error messages there, as well as reviewing the settings to ensure that everything is set up correctly. If you cannot access your store, then I would recommend checking your email inbox. If there were issues with your account that needed attention and caused your store to be closed, then there is a good chance one of our teams has reached out to you with an email containing more information. Check the spam/promotional folders to make sure it didn’t land there.
If you cannot locate any email from us, and cannot see any messages in your admin to indicate what happened, then please contact our support team directly using this link here. One of our support advisors would be happy to gather some details and provide you with more information about the next steps involved.
I trust that these suggestions are helpful in resolving your issue. Please let me know if you have any more questions or concerns.
Hi there!
I tried changing the domain and payment method. After that, the store turns
out to be inactive.
