My store has been terminated for DMCA Takedown notice, all DMCA Notices we’ve received since we’ve started must not be valid.
Example:
1- Ticket ID: 795efd76-a104-4d7a-9854-9865952d6ea0
Product already has a license of manufacturing with my supplier and this one or seller who made the notice is only a competitor.
2- Ticket ID: af32dfbe-070e-4f9c-98ef-9999957289a2
Product available on AliBaba by hundreds of suppliers.
3- Ticket ID: 49fe4593-55fc-4799-90da-3cd75ab844ff
Product already has a license of manufacturing with my supplier and this one or seller who made the notice is only a competitor.
4- Ticket ID: 989068dd-c14e-423e-a6d1-0e45373574ed
The only DMCA takedown that can be counted as correct, because we used some of another seller’s pictures, even though the product is handmade.
All competitors can easily report other sellers using shopify platform like us, all I need now is to double check those 4 DMCA takedown notices and check products, If we’re mistaken, we really apologize and we’ll take more attention to details next time. as we won’t use any pictures that don’t belong to us.
We’re really serious at work, and we don’t do anything that will make anyone angry at us. As we pay our fees at time. Please double check our case. We don’t want years of hard work and consistency to fail at the end.
I’ve contacted shopify customer support for more than 5 times without any solution, the only advice they give is to reply to the email they sent and wait for review that takes up to 72 hours, I replied to the email for a revision and it’s been more than 7 days and still not getting in reply.
All in all, advice for everyone who is serious at work I suggest to use other platforms like shopbase at least they are serious and caring, once you’ve a problem they are always available to fix it. 8 days of trying to fix this issue but no one cares. that’s really unprofessional.
