I finished setting up my store & started selling yesterday. the store was running smoothly, i fulfilled a few orders and went to bed. i woke up this morning trying to access the site, & boom the first thing i see is stire is currently unavailable. first thing i did was run to my email, of course no email was sent to me. i reached out to shopify live chat, they had no idea what is going on as well & promised to escalate my situation to the upper team. No requests for documentation was asked of me, no chargebacks, no disputes , nothing. i have no idea as to what occurred for this to take place but I am receiving non stop calls & texts from customers looking to check out. We sell clothing and clothing accessories on our store only , just wanted to throw that in there.

Is this store created by you? I mean if it is then you can check the availability in your partner dashboard ..
I have tried creating same named store which shows name is unavailable.
the store was created by me, i can’t reach my admin page tho , and my site is still saying inactive. i have no idea what’s going on right now
