Went to open up a few of my shopify stores the other day and all of them were inactive leaving me with to access to them. For the past week I have been fighting to get a reason from customer service and not one request has been fulfilled. I cant access my payouts, my customers, or even fulfill orders. No wonder this company has been continuously going downhill… horrible customer service… All i want is an answer to why my stores got taken down and if i can get them back

I can appreciate that having your stores closed without explanation is not ideal. So it’s great that you’ve reached out to our support about this, as we are definitely working hard to get back to you as soon as we can.
While I would love to be able to dig into this with you, we cannot access merchant stores through our forums for security purposes.

SAMEEE!! They suckkkk. I can’t believe they are doing this to us. It’s beyond unprofessional, it’s unfair to the clients, and it’s absolutely crazy how this is happening without at least warning us out.

I absolutely understand that being unable to access your store could be frustrating.
We will usually follow up with an email explaining that your store may be inaccessible for certain policy reasons. You should have received such an email.
While we cannot always elaborate on the factors behind the decision for legal and privacy reasons, it may be because we find your store does comply with some aspects of our terms and conditions.

Please help me to re-activate my store or have someone that gives me a solution rather than a unilateral and unfair decision. I need help. Shopify’s customer service can’t be THIS BAD. I want to think otherwise about the customer experience.
As much as I would love to be able to help you with your store, I do not have the security clearance or authority to do so. If you’ve received an email, you will need to send all questions and comments there as that is a direct line to the team who can best advise you.
