Hi, i need help with my shopify store. It says i need to submit a photo ID, and i did. I used my passport and it got declined, I need help thanks

Sorry that you’re having issues with this. When your passport was declined, were you given any reason for this? Sometimes you may see an error message on the homepage of your Shopify admin explaining what the issue was, so do make sure to take a look there.
If you find nothing, try to re-submit your ID following these guidelines:
- All fields are visible and fully legible on the photo
- The image is in colour
- There is no glare on the image
If it fails again and you don’t see an error on the admin, please get in touch with us through this link here and we can take a closer look at this issue with you.
