I spent time editing one of my store pages, incorporating a multirow section where I added products and links. After completing the edits, I saved the changes and checked the preview to ensure everything looked satisfactory, and indeed, everything appeared as expected.
However, when I returned to continue editing the multirow section the following day, I was dismayed to find that all the content I had added was no longer present. It was as if the changes were never saved, despite the preview still displaying the content exactly as I had arranged it.
I am reaching out to you in the hope that you can shed some light on this matter and assist me in recovering the lost content. I have double-checked my saved changes, and everything seemed fine initially. I am puzzled as to why the content has disappeared when the preview continues to reflect the desired layout.
P.S. Additionally, I’ve observed that whatever edits I make in the Customize theme panel are not reflected in my preview even if I save it.
