Shopify raised my bill for two stores that I have no sales on them. There was no notification at all about the raise. I tried to find their Phone number but no luck. I used their Chat Option and it is not working. How would we get help when their option to contact the support is not even available or broken. I need Shopify to reach out me immediately and if the bill raise continues I better stop using Shopify.
My yearly subscription fee for one of the stores went up from $312 to $348, and my monthly fee for another store went up from $29 to $39. They raised the bill without any notification.
I appreciate the context that you have shared with us! Shopify did increase plan prices and we have an article that goes into more depth about this here: Changes to Shopify’s 2023 Plans Pricing. In regards to the price increase, existing merchants on a monthly Basic, Shopify or advanced subscription received an email during the week of January 23 providing a 3 month notice prior to the plan price increase.
With that being said, if you would like us to take a further look into your Shopify bill, you will need to speak directly with our live support. You can get in touch with Shopify’s live support by logging into your online store using the Contact Us page.
Once you successfully login, you will be directed to the Help Center. Select the topic that you would like assistance with to locate the option to Get Support and speak directly with a Support Advisor about the situation.

If the issue persists, could you try to use a separate browser? For example, if you are using Safari - try this action on Google Chrome.
