Why did my Shopify monthly bill double?

Since we’re not able to provide account-specific support via our Community forums at this time, I won’t be able to take a look at these invoices on my end. That said, if I can get a better idea of any explanation you’ve received from our team, I may still be able to help clarify those charges.
