Hello, one of my current customers sent me a screenshot today that there is a $174 pending payment from my store on her account. I don’t have any current orders for her and I didn’t charge her card. How did this happen and why did this happen? I don’t want to ruin my stores reputation by just charging people that didn’t order anything. I can’t even find anywhere in my account where this pending charge is that I can stop it. Help!

@mychelley201 A screenshot means nothing do not base you time around such things.
They should be able to email you some sort of actual details or forward receipts etc.
Otherwise reeks of scam do not send money for any reason without due diligence.
