I was super stoked to get a notification that I made my first sale! So I went over to Oberlo and fulfilled the order and I wake up the next morning and my shop is completely shut down. No E-mails from Shopify, nothing telling me anything about this. Is this normally how Shopify runs? So far I am not impressed.

Ticket number is 30703423 the specialized team who will be helping me in providing the reason will revert me back in 24 to 72 business hours.. will post the issue when I get some sort of explanation.
