Why did my store become inactive after subscription?

Here I have some problem with my store. I bought a subscription and after 2-3 days my store became inactive. And it displays this page. What is the problem?

I appreciate the screenshot that you have shared. I am sorry to hear about the difficulty with logging into your online store! Did you happen to receive an email from a Shopify representative, by any chance?

Since I cannot authenticate you for the store in question using the Community forums due to the sensitive information that would need to be shared, I am unable to look further into the issue. In this case, it would be best to login to your store using our Contact Us page. This will allow us to securely verify you as the store owner before speaking with a Support Advisor.

Once you successfully login, you will be directed to the Help Center. Type in the search box what you would like assistance with to locate the option to Get Support under the search results. This will allow you to reach out using our supported channels.
