Hi, I worked on a new theme and as soon as I purchased my Shopify plan, my theme went away. So I upgraded my plan, but I still cannot use any themes or any apps at all. Is it because I am still on a trial ($1/month) the first two months and I have to wait?

Shopify got rid of their contact support I thought. There’s no email address so there’s no way for me to contact them.

Then click on the Help Center
