Hi @laura3306 ,
Thank you for bringing this to our attention! I had a chance to browse your store and you’ve done such a great job of curating your storefront and making it easy to navigate. May I ask what theme are you currently using?
When did your navigation menu stop working and the rectangular box appear next to your logo? Upon viewing your storefront, the 5 navigation menus you have displayed are functional and redirect me to the correct page(s). I am also not able to see the rectangular box next to the logo on the left hand side.
I would like to make a few suggestions if you’re still experiencing issues with the navigation menu or other areas of your storefront. Were there any recent code changes applied to your theme? You can double check this by navigating to your Online Store > Themes > Actions > Edit Code section and a purple dot may appear next to theme.liquid if there were any code changes. I’ll include a screenshot below for better visibility.
This can often affect other areas of your store and the way they function. To help identify if this is the issue, you can try rolling back your theme code to an older unedited version. You can select an older date from the drop-down menu in your Online Store > Themes > Actions > Edit Code section to a specific date before any code edits were applied.
A second option is to preview your store in a fresh Shopify theme. This can help rule out any errors as you’re previewing your store in a fresh theme that has no code edits or changes applied to it. I’ll share this resource here that goes into more detail on how to preview in a fresh Shopify theme. Once you’ve added a free theme you can locate it and preview within your Theme Library.
