My website www.deportivopublishing.com sudenly break down. How can i fix it?

We have upload a theme that we cretaed a few years ago. The latest theme is not working properly.

This appears to be an error with the domain. Is this domain purchased via a third party? Are your current DNS settings 100% correct? The correct DNS settings should be:

  • Point the A record to the Shopify IP address 23.227.38.65.
  • If necessary, change the Host name to the [email removed] symbol.
  • Delete any other A records on the domain if there are any present.
  • Point the CNAME record with the name www to shops.myshopify.com.

Once you have done this, please be aware it takes up to 48 hours for these changes to apply, and for the SSL to apply. Is it possible that you are currently within this 48-hour window right now? If you are, you can continue to your .myshopify.com URL until the custom domain is ready, so your store will still be accessible to customers. There is no way to accelerate this process. I look forward to your reply!

We upload an older theme and is working proprly. So it seems that is not a domain or DNS problem.

Is it possible to have access in our account an chek it by yourself?
