Why did our online store disappear suddenly and where can we find support?

Our online store “disappeared”; worked fine from Nov through April, same plan and apps, payments made on time ; May our site disappeared; where can we find support?

Could you check the email connected to your Shopify store for any correspondence from our support team? I recommend checking your inbox, spam or junk folder and reply directly to the email for further clarification.
