Good morning,I receive a message from Shopify to charge me if I have bills from April and I don’t really understand it.Today I woke up I was charged 27$ ,what about the 460 I paid before?

Your billing fees are not only for your Shopify subscription, but also for apps you might have installed on your store, shipping labels for your products, processing fees for third party payment gateways, etc.
In your store admin you can review all billing charges at any time. If you go to Settings > Billing, you will see a list of all your invoices. You can click on this newest invoice and see a breakdown of where the charges are coming from.
