Why did Shopify charge me six times for a failed domain transfer?

Today I wanted to transfer my domain to Shopify. Unfortunately it failed, the website said its an error.

But Shopify charged my credit card 6 times for $15.00, every time I tried to make the transfer. I didn’t noticed it when happend, just when I wanted to buy my dinner.

What can I do in this situation?

When were these charges charged to your credit card? It could take a couple days for our system to reverse accidental charges. If these charges are still on your statement I recommend contacting our Support Team, as they can look into specific account information and charges.
