I have installed KartDiscound app and then next day uninstalled app , but they charged me , i would like to refund,

You have taken the right first steps in uninstalling the app. I wanted to confirm, is this the app that you’re referring to:
If so, in order to enquire about a refund, you will need to contact their support directly. On the app listing they have included their support email address which is support@anglerfox.com, but they also have a developer website just in case. Please do note that when you contact them to request the refund, it is not guaranteed that they will issue it for you as it is entirely up to them.
