Why do all my collections say "Unavailable on Shopify inbox"? What does this mean?

This is news to me - I have no idea what it means.

I tried contact live hep, but that seems non-existent now. Can someone please help me with this?

I’m following this, as I have the same question. I sure hope it doesn’t mean that when we are away from the inbox chats - that our collections are not visible.

I have this too, it’s just appeared but I cant see any info as to why?!

Have you tried highlighting your collections > more actions > make collections available?

Or individually by selecting/ opening the collection > collection availability (top right) > manage > select all sales channels > done.

Both ways achieved the same thing for me. Good luck.
