Hi there,
My store url is www.cladiegirl.com
I recently added a new item to my main menu (customer reviews). Now all of the links in my footer menu lead to this page. Any ideas on how to fix this?
Thanks!
Footer links in a Shopify store’s menu all redirect to the new “Customer reviews” page after it was added to the main menu. The owner seeks a fix.
Proposed actions:
Owner’s feedback: Each footer link shows a unique URL in the browser but still redirects to the same reviews page. They are unsure how to implement the template solution.
Current status: No confirmed fix or root cause. The issue likely involves theme/template configuration rather than the URLs themselves. Discussion remains open with unresolved questions about template setup.

Hi @dtc1 You can change the URL of the links of the footer menu items in navigation. It should work.
Hi @dtc1 you need to create another page template for you reviews page by following this instruction to solve this issue.
They all have a unique URL. Please check in URL bar.
I don’t understand this ![]()
