Hi @MelindaaJanee ,
This may be because you have added the same template for all the product. And the content is added on the customize section. We should be able to fix this my customizing the theme.
Can you provide screenshot of the product customization page?
@MelindaaJanee - shopify uses shared template approach, hence any description set from customize section will show up on all the pages, to avoid this you can add description to product backend
or you can add new template for each product (if products are less)
or you can use some page builder app like pagefly

Each product has been given a description in the product backend but does not show on the website. The only product description that shows is when it’s done in the customization under “default product”. If I remove that part, the description from the product backend still doesn’t apply.
You are adding content statically on the template. This is why all the pages are showing same description. As on now, dawn theme doesnot support product content on the collapsable row compoenntn. We will have to modify the theme to make it possible.
If you want to add content on the collopsable wor, do let me know. I can modifiy the theme to make it possible.

There is.
When you configure a “Collapsible row” section you click the “Dynamic source button”.
There you need to click the back button and then select “Template”=> “Product” => “Description”
