Why do changes to predefined pages in Dawn theme affect all pages?

hi, i would like to know why in the predefined pages like “ABOUT US” and “FAQ” when i modify something, they change on both pages.

how can i modify in one single page ?

I hope you are doing well.
By default, all pages share the same page template, to show different content on different pages,
You can use page metafields and add content in metafields and assign those to page settings.
and secondly, You can create separate page template and assign that to the page where you want different content.
