I want to know why the empty line items show on the admin order page.

Thank you for getting in touch. Would you be able to share with me a screenshot of the blank line item section when viewing an order? Are you seeing this for single-product orders or multiple-product orders, or both?

Right, I see. Thank you for sharing that screenshot with me. Are you using an app to provide customers with more product options, and/ or an app that lets customers enter in their own information so they can customize a product?
No I am using a line item properties and custom code for providing a options to customize the product

Right, I see. My belief is that the custom code you are using that allows customers to customize your products is likely the culprit here, as this information will be reflected on the order page once the customer has completed check out. We are not able to support issues that arise as a result of changes to your website’s code and as such we won’t be able to troubleshoot this in more detail for you.
If you require further assistance, my recommendation would be to hire a Shopify Expert who will hopefully be able to diagnose and resolve the issue for you.
I have already add conditions to don’t show empty fields on the order page still they show.
