why is it that every time I log in to my shopify account I have to enter a recovery code then it takes 10 min to send then when I do successfully log in it doesn’t send me to the back end of my shopify store it send me to my general info which wont allow me to do my store,
I tried logging in 3 to 4 time in the last hour, enter my recovery number 3 - 4 times in the last hour and keep on landing on the same general info page in the past hour which wont allow me to go to the back end of my store
I’m sorry to hear you’ve been experiencing this login issue—it sounds really frustrating.
Sometimes you’re prompted to enter two-step authentication if you’ve logged out of your store, visited via a private/incognito browsing window, or if your cookies were deleted. To troubleshoot, I recommend checking for browser and/or system updates and clearing your cache.
Is this happening even when you try another browser or device, or login through the Shopify mobile app?
