What we are trying to achieve and what outcome we expect: I opened my online store almost exactly 3 months ago today, since then i’ve been consistently posting on social media platforms like tik tok and instagram to boost engagement. I have not gotten a single sale and don’t know what to do, please help.
Search first. Many many of these “no sales” posts. Like the hundreds in the past month, same basic things. In this case, it’s been 3 months and it still looks like you just signed up 5 minutes ago.
Myshopify domain
No logo
Using Gmail
Duplicate footer menus
4 cheap knockoff products
Our Story page not in mobile menu
No hero image or character of any kind. If it wasn’t for the 4 products, I’d guess this was a blank theme template.
You need to really put some hard work into it if you want people to buy from you. Expectations are way to high these days. Search. Research. Edit. Search again. Edit again.
What @Maximus3 said and also really? you don’t have a professional domain or email and your selling knock off items. I’m sure it doesn’t take much to for people to think this is a scam website. Your selling “LV” bracelets for $50 USD. I’m pretty sure this website as the words “lawsuit” all over it.
Hi @Only_Up No sales posts are actually common here, so I highly recommend doing a quick search in the community, you’ll find a ton of great advice from others in the same boat.
Taking a look at your site, it currently feels a bit like a blank template that was just set up. Customers expect a highly polished experience these days, so building trust is key.
Here are a few straightforward things you can fix:
- Upgrade your domain: Switch from the default .myshopify link to a custom domain name.
- Add a logo: Give your store a clear brand identity.
- Update your email: Use a professional domain email instead of a standard Gmail address.
- Clean up your navigation: Remove the duplicate menus in your footer.
- Personalize the homepage: Add a main “hero image” or banner at the very top so it doesn’t look like an empty theme.
- Revisit your products: Right now, the four items listed don’t stand out strongly, and they’re even counterfeits. If it’s a handmade item, you shouldn’t incorporate elements from other brands.
- SEO: Learn and implement all the best SEO practices so that customers can find you within at least 6 months.
Building a successful store takes a lot of hard work, research, and testing. Hope this helps ![]()

Why do I have no sales?
Why would frame a question like that.
Lack of self awareness cliche, do you really think opening a store is some get rich quick scheme:
a dollar in so therefore $1.01 out.
If you don’t fix that core problem of a bad mentality like your owed sales for doing next to nothing your gonna have a bad time and no amount of design busy work will save you.
