Why do I have two Shopify Inbox icons on my site?

I installed the Shopify Inbox app and can see chat icons one on top of another.

Ideally, I’d like to have only the top icon. Any suggestions?

I can see the chat icon behind is from this app. You can go to that app and disable the chat icon.
