Hi @cwordswo , thank you for your question. Can you tell us more about the regions you’re targeting in your ad campaigns? Are you dividing them into different tiers with separated campaigns and budgets? With tier 3 where most clicks are just traffic and low sales, we suggest setting only 10% of your budget just to maintain the traffic is still there for you. For tier 1 and 2, we suggest investing 70-20 of your budget with high-quality ad materials (image, ad copy, video) to get some orders first and then analyze your next steps.
One thing to keep in mind is that visitors and traffic from your ads don’t always end up with high sale volumes for your store.
Hey there, sorry for your frustration it’s a tough advertising market. I hope I can help you out here:
-
Assuming you’re advertising in the US I can tell based on your average cost per click that you’re using a traffic objective. This is definitely not recommended.
You should use a Conversions objective with Purchases as the main conversion event (yes, Facebook will warn you that your ad set may not get any conversions, but you still should use this objective.)
Why: When you choose an objective Facebook ads will automatically target your ads to specific user groups depending on your choice. The people in the “traffic objective user group” are very likely to click but not at all likely to convert. So only use conversions (or catalogue sales) and only optimize for conversions.
Note: Your cost per click is going to get a lot higher but time and time again we have tested and seen that conversions with purchase objective is the best choice.
-
Secondly, make sure you have your domain verified with Facebook and you’ve set up your aggregated event measurement settings to count Purchases as the highest priority event. (Here is the Facebook resource on this: https://www.facebook.com/business/help/422408905612648?id=1877298665783613)

Thirdly, I’d love to see the video you’re using for your ad. But don’t get deflated if one video doesn’t work, Facebook advertising is all about the creative. Working out the creative is very important and testing various creative is also important.

It appears that your landing page (linked in original post) is down so I can’t help you evaluate that.
TikTok is a great option for certain advertisers but if you’re not having success on Facebook TikTok is likely going to give you trouble as well. They are both heavily focused on ad creative and TikTok performs best when using creators/influencers to make your ads for you in many cases, so it’s a bit more complex of an advertising environment. Lastly, the best practices for TikTok are not firmly worked out so there are more variables that can prevent your ads from working well.
Let me know if you have any questions on this or if I can help in any other way. I can walk you through some of this on a screenshare if you’d like, feel free to PM me.
Sorry it is because i have put a comma in the link by mistake, https://dejachic.com/products/daisy-anxiety-ring
Here it is, so sorry!
Your product page is great, for a very new website it has a lot of the conversion helping elements you’d want to have.
I would suggest you have a native English speaker read over your copy and edit it. There are small typos/grammatical errors and some of it just doesn’t feel like something you’d say in English, for example, this sentence:
Guarantee safe & secure checkout
By a native English speaker would be written:
Safe & secure checkout guaranteed
or
We guarantee a safe & secure checkout
And there are some other examples like that on the page. If you’re selling heavily in native English-speaking countries this will add confidence to the buyer.
One other thing, Facebook can some times be hard on items they believe are offering medical treatment (for anxiety, for example) so be careful on how you word your ads so as not to get banned from advertising.
But other than that your product page looks very strong. I believe with the right ad creative and media buying strategy you could do well in Facebook ads.
I love your product, by the way. I sent you an email with an offer to screenshare so I can see the ads you’re running and give more tips, let me know if you’d like arrange that. ![]()
Good luck to you!
