Why do I keep getting a 'We'll Be Back' error on my online store?

I keep getting this error when I:

  1. Log in to my payment method (Xendit)
  2. Try to log into my closed store as admin

I also get an error when I input the password, it doesn’t do anything at all, when not in incognito.

I have tried the following:

  1. Clear DNS cache
  2. Clear browser cookies and cache
  3. Opening in private window/ incognito mode.

It can be a Shopify server issue. I believe it will automatically get fixed after some business days. I recommend contacting the Shopify Support team directly to fix your issue.
