Why do I need to be an authorized reseller to sell Nike sneakers?

Hello!

I was about to open my store, but then Shopify sent me a e-mail saying i needed to be an Authorized reseller to sell Nike sneakers.

I dont understand why, i know it is legal to resell the limited Nike sneakers!

This is a great question. In this case, I would advise you to respond to the email with links in writing that is ok to be a reseller of these products. Then our team can review and approve this if it is indeed the case. Generally speaking, you would need to have explicit permission to form this as a part of your business.

But how Can this be?

it is legal to resell branded products as long as i dont sell Fakes or telling that I am Nike
