I have a problem with my emails ending up in the spam folder, right from the very beginning of setting up my store.
Whenever I make a test order or subscribe to marketing updates from my website, all notifications end up in spam. I’ve tried testing with multiple emails, both mine and my friends’, but the same issue keeps occurring, and the messages are automatically marked as spam.
My email is a custom one from Google, starting with the address info@mybrand.com. According to Shopify support and Google support, I have all DNS records set up correctly, and I have everything verified properly in Shopify settings.
Unfortunately, this issue still persists.
Is there any way to resolve this issue?
